Renaissance Hotels in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a qualified Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee room and public area cleanliness, coordinate daily housekeeping tasks, and ensure adherence to our quality standards. You will liaise with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry, assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff, while maintaining safety and confidentiality of property assets.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsabilités

• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Enter and locate work information using computers and POS systems.
• Follow all safety policies and protect company assets.
