Job summary

Tune Hotel KLIA2, part of Ormond Group, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to schedule, assign and oversee housekeeping on the floor, including laundry, rooms, public areas and facilities. You will ensure cleanliness meets hotel standards and assist in operations while coordinating with Front Office.

You will train staff, manage rosters, monitor performance and ensure safety procedures. The role requires leadership, reliability and strong English communication in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Housekeeping, with supervisory experience.
• Experience in laundry operations, chemicals, linen control and inventory management.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Stability and reliability in previous employment.
• Comfortable using Opera Cloud PMS, POS and hospitality technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily Housekeeping operations and team activities.
• Allocate tasks, manage rosters and monitor attendance, grooming and performance.
• Inspect guest rooms, VIP rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, complaints and Lost & Found matters.
• Train and coach team members on SOPs, service standards and safety procedures.
• Work with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
