Job summary

Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel And Residences is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain guest rooms, working areas, and hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner. The role coordinates daily housekeeping operations and supervises Room Attendants to deliver excellent guest satisfaction.

The supervisor is responsible for smooth operation of the floor, organizing room making, daily room allocations, and ensuring standards are met.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping supervisory role.
• Polished and pleasant personality with ability to communicate in English (spoken and written).
• Basic computer operating skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations and maintain standards.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping tasks and allocate rooms and deep cleaning duties.
• Train and mentor Room Attendants to meet quality standards.
• Manage guest requests and VIP amenities; communicate to relevant teams.
• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors and core areas.
• Report maintenance issues and assist Executive Housekeeper as needed.
