Bouthec Hotels Group SDN. BHD. is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Kuala Lumpur to lead daily housekeeping operations, train staff, and ensure superior cleanliness and guest satisfaction across guestrooms, public areas, and offices.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent, fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia, and at least three years of supervisory housekeeping experience. Mandarin is an advantage; shifts and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• 3+ years housekeeping supervisory experience.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia fluency; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate shift schedules to ensure cleaning of offices, public areas and guestrooms.
• Plan and schedule cleaning programs, including annuals, move-in preparations and carpet cleaning.
• Inspect guestrooms, public areas and bathrooms to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
• Maintain inventory and ensure safe handling of supplies and equipment; monitor PMS for room vacancies.
• Train team members, delegate tasks, appraise performance and address complaints.
• Identify cleaning needs and safety hazards and notify management for resolution.
