Job summary

StarHub is seeking a Lead CRM Engineer to own the reliability and delivery of CRM/OM platforms powering customer onboarding, sales journeys, and billing integration. You will lead end-to-end engineering across customer, product, and order lifecycle domains and drive DevOps practices for production excellence on Kubernetes (EKS) with strong observability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related field.
6–10 years of professional software engineering experience, CRM/enterprise focus preferred.
Strong Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices expertise.
Experience with Kubernetes, cloud (AWS), and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery and reliability of CRM/OM services across multiple domains.
Lead scalable backend design for order lifecycle orchestration.
Govern API design and integration patterns across systems.
Ensure API reliability, versioning, and backward compatibility.
Drive CI/CD, deployment governance, and observability improvements.
Mentor engineers and lead incident response.
