Job summary

Infineon Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Malacca is seeking an Equipment Engineer to drive planned maintenance systems and improve machine performance. You will define maintenance plans with high availability and reliability, and lead maintenance technicians to execute scheduled work.

Qualifications

Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering in related fields.
Knowledge of Die Bond and SMT processes is a plus.
Ability to lead high-performance maintenance teams and drive cost-conscious improvements.

Responsibilities

Drive and build planned maintenance definition with high availability, good reliability and appropriate quality performance.
Lead the planned maintenance teams and maintenance technician groups to execute equipment scheduled maintenance timely and comprehensively and define the parts life span and consumption.
Advanced Process Control key numbers definition, pilot, implement, cascading at equipment platform.
Manage maintenance cost in sustaining the equipment to its fullest performance and develop governance frameworks.
Drive a culture of equipment improvement through training, systematic troubleshooting and root cause corrective actions.
Execute Planned Maintenance according to BE MNT methodology (NICA, PMKits, OneSAP PM).
