Job summary

QuesTech Scientific Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Specialist – Lab Solutions to drive instrument sales on-site in Puchong, Malaysia. You will identify prospects, present laboratory instruments, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Duties include product demonstrations, supplying technical and commercial information, preparing quotations with internal teams, maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in science or engineering preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• B2B sales experience advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
• Knowledge of laboratory instruments or related technical fields beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers in the region.
• Present laboratory instruments and solutions to clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical and commercial information.
