Job summary

OSK Holdings is seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to design and implement the company-wide L&D framework and strategies. You will oversee its execution across all business units and assess outcomes to ensure alignment with business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of relevant L&D experience; HRDF trainer certification is a plus. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to drive change and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant L&D experience.
• Experience designing learning programs is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the company-wide learning framework and strategy.
• Oversee implementation across business units and assess outcomes.
• Develop L&D policies, standards and guidelines.
• Design New Joiner Orientation and onboarding processes.
• Measure learning effectiveness and ROI with analytics.
