Job summary

OSK Holdings Berhad seeks an Assistant Manager / Manager, Talent Management & Organizational Development to develop and implement talent management strategies that strengthen leadership capability, workforce readiness, and organizational effectiveness across the Group.

The role drives initiatives in talent management, succession planning, career development, internal mobility, leadership development, competency management, and workforce capability building to ensure a strong leadership pipeline

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Development or HR.
Strong understanding of talent management frameworks, assessment methodologies, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Group's Talent Management framework including talent identification, talent review, leadership pipeline development and succession planning.
Facilitate annual talent review and succession planning exercises ensuring readiness of successors for critical and leadership positions.
Develop and enhance competency frameworks and talent assessment methodologies to support talent decisions and development planning.
Develop and implement leadership development programmes, mentoring initiatives, coaching frameworks, and high-potential talent programmes.
Design and implement career development frameworks, career pathways, and development initiatives to support employee growth and retention.
Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to identify critical talent gaps and recommend interventions.
Monitor and analyse talent metrics, succession bench strength, internal mobility trends, and career progression data to support strategic decisions.
Undertake ad-hoc assignments and special projects as assigned by the General Manager, Organizational Development.
