Job summary

CBRE KL Shared Service Centre is expanding its Learning & Development team to support LMS and Regional Leadership Programs. The role focuses on managing LMS activities, case management, and program coordination across Asia Pacific and globally.

You will design curricula in LMS, handle escalations, liaise with clients and IT, and create customized reports. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to drive impactful learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Proficient in using Learning Management System (LMS) and ServiceNow.
• Ability to work in a team with minimum supervision and able to delegate task among peers.
• Excellent problem solving skills when dealing with escalation cases.
• Able to lead and support initiatives and projects.
• Possess customer-centric values and engagement with current events.

Responsibilities

• Disseminate training related communications.
• Administer the case management tool by ensuring the cases are assigned to respective case owners.
• Manage cases that require escalation received from analysts.
• Design training curricular or program in LMS that meets stakeholders' requirement.
• Conduct investigation by liaising with clients, specialists, Global LMS team and IT Support.
• Liaise with vendors and stakeholders involved pre, during and post program.
• Build reports by extracting data from LMS and assist in reporting.
