Job summary

Feishu in Malaysia seeks an Assistant Manager, Learning and Development to lead the local L&D program, plan budgets, and partner with senior management to drive workforce capability across offices. You will design and implement training initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and develop onboarding, coaching and succession plans.

The role requires 5+ years in L&D, a related degree, and strong communication alongside facilitation of in-person and virtual sessions via MS Teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Learning and Development including talent management.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• Ability to work with Senior Management in a matrix organization.
• Comfort facilitating in-person and virtual training via MS Teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Experience with fast-paced, large-volume, dynamic, international operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, evaluate and analyze all learning initiatives aligned to people strategy.
• Oversee the L&D curriculum and training resources locally.
• Lead global training workshops, courses and career plans.
• Maintain budgets and vendor/consultant relationships.
• Drive talent development initiatives across offices and nurture culture.
• Support onboarding, training and coaching for new joiners.
• Collect and analyze data to inform leadership development and succession planning.
• Develop and maintain programs for retention, promotion and succession.
• Support workforce development in line with brand values and philosophy.
