Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. invites motivated interns to join the Talent, Learning & Development team in APAC. The role focuses on coordinating end-to-end Learning and Development activities for internal employees, under the People team.

You will support training events, manage registrations, liaise with vendors, and handle inquiries via ServiceNow or email, ensuring smooth delivery and post-event follow-ups. This is an internship lasting six months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing in Business/HR related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform administration on documents including meeting minutes, invoices, training brochures, and compliance documentation.
• Process and respond to employee and manager inquiries via ticketing system (ServiceNow) or email.
• Coordinate in-house training sessions, handle registrations and vendor follow-ups, and send communications to employees.
• Manage training room bookings and catering arrangements.
• Send post-event surveys and disseminate training materials.
• Address general employee queries and provide administrative support as needed.
• Update SOPs for LMS-related processes and improvements.
