Job summary

Sinergia Talents in Perai, Penang invites an experienced Learning & Development Specialist (Senior) to design, develop, and deliver training programs aligning with business goals and GMP requirements. You will lead needs analysis, build competency matrices, create curricula, and deliver sessions across in-person, virtual, and e-learning formats, partnering with department heads and SMEs.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in HR/Training, a certified trainer, strong instructional design

Qualifications

• Certified trainer with professional credentials.
• 5–7 years of experience in HRM, Management, Education, or Training and Development.
• Proven experience as Training Consultant or similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Proficient in the use of various training tools and technologies.
• Ability to adapt training programs to meet evolving organizational needs.
• Flexibility in delivery methods for virtual and in-person settings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Analyze assessment data to identify trends and common areas of improvement.
• Develop and maintain a competency matrix outlining required skills and knowledge for each role.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and plan annual training programs.
• Design engaging training materials and learning paths.
• Deliver sessions via in-person, virtual, and e-learning formats.
• Coordinate staff trainings including pre-training, scheduling, and materials.
