You will manage HRDC compliance, source external providers, and lead LMS initiatives, measuring effectiveness with models like Kirkpatrick. Strong collaboration and vendor management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business Administration/Psychology or related field.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, training coordination, or HRDC management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning platforms.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Design tool proficiency is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee skill gaps and align learning programs with goals.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure training relevance and impact.
• Ensure HRDC compliance with proper documentation.
• Source, evaluate, and coordinate external training providers.
• Lead LMS platforms; track enrolments, completions, and reports.
• Apply Kirkpatrick model to measure effectiveness.
• Manage HRDC matters including e-TRiS submissions and audits.
