Operations & Engagement Executive, Middle Office
Responsibilities
  • Run sentinels
  • Update Client Relationship Management system (CRM) and guide and assist managers, directors and partners with completion of CRM screens
  • Roll forward CRM opportunities
  • Preparation and roll forward of Client CEACs
  • Preparation and roll forward of Engagement CEACs
  • Star Code Set up/roll forward
  • Update proprietary TrackIT system when tasks are complete on a timely basis
  • Filing and checking of FARs
  • Preparation of Board Packs
  • Arranging for close‑out of e‑Audit files to be retrieved from the audit teams/other offices within the required timeframes of KAM
  • Suspend codes
  • Coordinate, prepare, edit and/or proofread documents such as correspondence, presentations and reports using various software
  • Scan, fax, copy, print, file and bind various documents for both client and internal use
  • Formatting and drafting of documents including report preparation, correspondence, engagement letters, audit opinions, representation letters and consent letters
  • Support for DDIQ/PSS requests
  • Assist with ad‑hoc projects from the Operations Director

Senior Management or a Partner may assign other duties from time to time. Training will, of course, be given in any aspects with which you are not familiar.

The successful candidate will be highly organised with exceptional verbal and written communication, superior MS office skills and a proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. You will be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer / client service and response. The ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a face paced environment is essential. Previous experience in a professional services or audit environment will be an advantage.
