Job summary

Talent Recruit is recruiting a Marketing Specialist for a multinational cloud business services company based in Kuala Lumpur to drive APAC region expansion. You will plan and execute campaigns, manage digital channels, and create marketing content to generate qualified leads.

You will coordinate events, monitor KPIs and ROI, and collaborate withSales, tech, and BD teams to meet business goals. Fluency in Mandarin and English and 2–3 years in B2B tech marketing are required.

Qualifications

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and build a sustainable pipeline.
• Manage digital marketing activities across paid and organic channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, EDM, SEO/SEM, etc.).
• Develop and deliver marketing content (articles, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, sales presentations) tailored to business needs.
• Coordinate and execute online and offline marketing events, including webinars, workshops, roadshows, and partner activities.
• Monitor and analyse marketing KPIs, ROI, and engagement metrics to evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and business teams to ensure marketing strategies support overall business objectives.
• Support other marketing and business development initiatives as directed by the Business Development Director.

Responsibilities
