Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Specialist, Account Manager (Korean Speaker) in Malaysia to oversee complex client accounts and drive renewal and expansion opportunities, ensuring alignment with client needs. You will manage client relationships end-to-end, work with multiple partners, and report to a Sales Manager, using data to inform decisions and protect revenue across the service portfolio.

Fluent Korean language skills and strong communication are required to liaise with clients and internal teams

Qualifications

• Oversee management of complex client accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
• Renew, expand, and convert service relationships with existing customers.
• Use data to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that client's customers are satisfied with our client's services and resolve escalated issues
• Achieve revenue-based quotas based on successful management of client accounts
• Evaluate our client's customer needs and propose potential solutions
• Be a single contact for our client's customer
• Use data to fix customer concerns/roadblocks
• Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections
• Work with multiple partners, building relationships with decision-makers at all levels
• Manage sales territory and achieving monthly quotas
• Negotiate in tough situations
• Identify risk and barriers to success; develop contingency plans
• Identify opportunities for additional product or service sales
• Use data to help influence buying/renewal process
• Work with a team and report directly to a Sales Manager
