Job summary

Concentrix in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a Sales professional to own a territory for renewals and services, with upsell opportunities. You will manage CRM data, forecast weekly/monthly/quarterly, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a professional experience for customers and prospects.

You will handle high-volume outbound communications via phone and email, address obstacles to usage, and drive contract renewals while reporting to a Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements.
• Initiate steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage.
• Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customers.
• Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured.
• Undertake sales motions which might include lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Work within a dedicated territory and team for your assigned client to achieve your revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services, may offer up- sell opportunities
• Provide accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast
• Lead qualification and conversion activities as part of the sales process
• Handle high volumes of customer contacts through phone and email; outbound communication is common
• Collaborate with the team and report to a Sales Manager to ensure professional customer interactions
• Utilize CRM to capture and maintain customer data and interactions
• Address customer concerns to remove roadblocks and promote product usage
• Manage external competitive pressures and objections to retain or win customers
• Conduct health checks to monitor customer satisfaction and renewal opportunities
• Renew contracts and maintain ongoing client relationships
