Qualifications

• Fluent Korean language, both written and spoken.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in customer service or customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Korean and English with a friendly demeanor.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints while maintaining detailed records of interactions.
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service quality.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and CSAT.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or management.
• Share best practices to support colleagues.
