Job summary

Sutherland is hiring an Associate - Customer Service (Thai Speaker) in Kuala Lumpur, onsite at Bangsar South. You will provide professional support to customers via live chats and calls, and assist with account management and billing inquiries.

Must communicate in Thai and English, with 1–2 years CSAT customer service experience. Work 40 hours weekly, weekends required; visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in Thai and English, verbal and written.
• 1–2 years of CSAT-focused customer service experience.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays (40 hours/week).
• Onsite in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur; no hybrid mode.
• Thai and non-Thai applicants welcome; visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, empathetic support to customers via live chats and calls.
• Troubleshoot common technical issues related to content streaming (device compatibility, login errors).
• Guide customers through account management and billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Stay informed on product updates and policies to provide accurate information.
