Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Korean and English with a friendly and supportive demeanor
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining detailed records of all interactions
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers, addressing their concerns and questions
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer service quality and experience
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
• Identify and elevate complex issues to appropriate departments or management when necessary
• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues
