iFAST Global Hub.ai in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Client Services Executive to be based in our KL office. This role handles daily enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information and personalized service.

You will proactively liaise with various departments to resolve issues, maintain high attention to detail, and complete ad-hoc duties as required. Ideal candidates hold a diploma or higher and have experience in a contact center environment.

Formación

• Diploma or higher educational qualification required.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Willing to work during local public holidays and overtime occasionally.
