Job summary

EVERNAV TECH SDN BHD invites applications for a Multilingual Customer Service & Operations Executive based near KLCC, Kuala Lumpur. This on-site role provides customer support across messaging, phone and email; handles back-office tasks such as data entry, record keeping and basic system maintenance, and supports daily operations and basic sales activities.

Work hours are 9:00 AM–9:00 PM with 4 rest days per month.

Qualifications

• Basic sales background or experience is a plus.
• Quick-thinking, adaptable and good at problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills, patience and a service-oriented mindset.
• Able to work within 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM working hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via online channels (messaging, phone, email)
• Communicate with customers
• Assist with customer account, order and transaction-related enquiries
• Support daily operations to ensure smooth workflows
• Handle back-office tasks such as data entry, record keeping and basic system maintenance
• Follow up on customer feedback and help improve service quality
• Assist with basic sales activities and introduce company products and services
• Perform other duties assigned by management
