Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to clients over phone or email.
• Handle emails and liaise with internal & external clients for effective problem resolution.
• Ensure outputs (calls, emails or tasks) meet SOPs and SLA.
• Provide testing support for new systems and tools.
• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
• Be a team player to meet contact center KPIs.
