Job summary

DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to build and nurture strategic customer relationships within our growing logistics services team. You will liaise between customers and internal groups to tailor solutions and drive revenue in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes account reviews, KPI-driven delivery, and proactive issue resolution, with a focus on long-term partnerships and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Logistics.
• At least 5 years in Key Account Management, Sales, or Customer Relationship roles.
• Experience with large strategic accounts in logistics or supply chain is preferred.
• Proven revenue growth and customer retention track record.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with strong presentation capability.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving mindset; capable of prioritising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare account performance reports and revenue forecasts.

• Analyze account profitability, customer trends, and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, and pipeline activities in CRM systems.
• Provide forecasts and updates on revenue and account growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Business Development.
• Experience managing large strategic accounts in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and customer retention.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective presentation and communication skills.
