Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Logistics.
• At least 5 years in Key Account Management, Sales, or Customer Relationship roles.
• Experience with large strategic accounts in logistics or supply chain is preferred.
• Proven revenue growth and customer retention track record.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with strong presentation capability.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving mindset; capable of prioritising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers at multiple levels.
• Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Understand client business needs and offer tailored logistics solutions.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and opportunities.
• Ensure service delivery meets KPIs and SLAs; coordinate with operations and finance.
• Monitor account performance and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Lead escalation management and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Prepare account performance reports and revenue forecasts.
