DHL Group in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia invites you to join our Insanely Centric Team as a Certified International Specialist. You will support customers by sending pre-alerts, assist WMX booking via MCT Chat, and help with administrative tasks and data updates that underpin management analysis.

We seek someone with basic analytical skills (Excel, PowerPoint), good communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Send pre-alerts to customers.
• Support WMX booking via MCT Chat.
• Assist with administrative tasks.
• Perform data extraction and update reports.
• Maintain data accuracy and clean KART reports.
• Support SharePoint and Teams folder clean-up.
• Monitor workload and chat volume.
