Job summary

QL Figo (Johor) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a Key Account Executive to manage sales team activities, handle inquiries, and build strong relationships with key customers. You will coordinate meetings, support product listings and pricing, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

The role involves market analysis, product education, and proactive stock management to support channel growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Management or professional certificate.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in manufacturing industry.
• Good organization skills and time management.
• Responsible, respectful, fast learner and team player.
• Fluent in English, Malay; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales team's itinerary, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Establish good business relationships with new and existing key customers through viable business negotiations and presentations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Develop new products, list new products and manage distribution.
• Ensure shelf price tags of all FIGO products are visible at the selling floor.
• Conduct market and product analysis including competitor, pricing, market and business analysis.
• Place orders to buyers for items that are very low or out of stock.
• Promote and educate customers about products during sampling, road shows and exhibitions.

Ensure the shelf price tags of all FIGO products are noticeable at the selling floor

Conduct market and product analysis of local needs, including competitor analysis, pricing analysis, market and business analysis

Propose order immediately to the buyer for items which are very low or out of stock

Promote and educate customers of products to increase company sales during sampling, road shows and exhibitions

About you

Diploma in Business Management or professional certificate

Minimum 1 years of working experience in manufacturing industry

Good organization skills and time management skills

Responsibility, respect for others, fast learner and able to work with a team

Fluent communication and written skills in English, Malay and Mandarin will be an added advantage
