Youvit is a fast-growing vitamin gummy brand in Southeast Asia. The Senior KAM and Country Lead set the JBP, trading terms and annual targets; you ensure every promo, PO and display in that plan lands on shelf, on time, with healthy stock behind it.
In Malaysia we run a lean team, so this role suits a well-rounded commercial generalist who can handle sell-out reports, buyer meetings and in-store execution. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, Mandarin is a plus.

Youvit is a fast-growing vitamin gummy brand making daily health delightful for families across Southeast Asia. In Malaysia we run a lean team, so this role suits a well-rounded commercial generalist who is equally comfortable in a sell-out report, a buyer meeting and a store aisle.
Key responsibilities
1. JBP follow-through and sales planning
Track every agreed JBP activity (promos, displays, listings, trainings) against its timeline and flag slippage to the Senior KAM early.
Prepare monthly account sales plans by SKU and input to the 6-month rolling forecast with Trade Marketing and Operations.
Raise or prompt POs in line with the plan, then follow each PO through to delivery and on-shelf, chasing distributor and retailer DCs where needed.
Prepare buyer meeting packs: last-month performance, promo results, stock health and next-month asks.
Submit monthly promo mechanics to buyers, manage revisions and secure approval on time.
Ensure stock is in place before each promo goes live and check price and mechanic compliance in store.
Run post-promo evaluation (uplift, incremental sell-out, cost per incremental unit) within 2 weeks and recommend keep, fix or drop.
Monitor price consistency between retailers and online marketplaces and flag gaps that could trigger buyer complaints.
3. Healthy stock and on-shelf availability
Review weekly sell-out, OOS and expiry data per store and SKU; act on the top issues each week.
Identify overstock and slow movers early and propose flush-out actions (promo, store transfer, redistribution) before they become returns.
Prepare RTV requests with Operations once flush-out options are exhausted, with a clear return vs dispose recommendation.
Work with Operations and the distributor to keep OSA ≥ 95% on core SKUs.
4. Visibility and in-store execution
Execute agreed visibility (homeshelf, COC displays, POSM, planogram) with Trade Marketing and verify it in store.
Visit ≥ 8 stores a week, log findings with photos, and close the loop with merchandisers and store managers.
Support frontliner engagement and product training in priority stores.
5. Commercial hygiene and insight
Submit promo and TTA claims on time and reconcile them with Finance; follow up on deductions.
Maintain a clean weekly account dashboard (sell-in, sell-out, stock cover, OSA, expiry).
Capture competitor activity (pricing, promos, new listings, displays) and share one insight a month with a recommended response.
Escalate payment or invoice issues to Operations and Finance.
