Qualifications

• 4–8 years in sales, business development, or solution consulting/support roles.
• Proven track record in B2B solution selling and pre-sales activities.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design and positioning.
• Familiarity with telematics, fleet management, workflow automation, and digital transformation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline from initial contact to close.
• Collaborate on solution selling, understand customer needs, translate them into scalable digital solutions, and craft compelling proposals.
