Gplex Realty is seeking a Project Executive to drive end-to-end property development from concept to completion. You will coordinate consultants, manage submissions, support tenders, monitor sites for timely and compliant delivery, and keep thorough project records.
You will work in a collaborative team, travel to authorities and sites as needed, and contribute to market research and feasibility studies while growing with the company as it expands.

You are the driving force that transforms development concepts into successful finished projects, managing the end-to-end development cycle by coordinating consultants, securing essential authority submissions, supporting tenders, and monitoring the site to ensure timely and fully compliant project completion.
Coordinate meetings with consultants, follow up on action items, and ensure drawings and documents are submitted on time.
Handle and monitor submissions to authorities, ensuring all requirements are complied with and approvals are obtained timely.
Assist in tender preparation, request quotations, compile comparisons, and support basic contract documentation.
Conduct site visits, take site photos, prepare simple progress reports, and follow up with contractors on work progress.
Maintain proper project filing, and assist in preparing letters, reports, and presentations.
Support land due diligence, including checking zoning, liaising with consultants, and understanding authority requirements.
Assist in market research and basic feasibility studies (e.g. pricing, product comparison, costing input).
Show initiative to learn and take on more responsibilities, with opportunity to grow with the company and develop into a leadership role.
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in property development, consulting, or contracting.
Good organisation, communication, and time-management skills.
Able to coordinate multiple consultants and follow up effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
Position requires travel to authorities, consultants, and project sites as needed.
