You'll work with experienced teams across departments, develop practical procurement skills, and learn ERP-based processes while contributing to cost efficiency and timely material availability in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; exposure to ERP is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing materials, products, and services for manufacturing and logistics.
• Support supplier evaluation and selection based on quality, cost, delivery.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and track deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse and operations for material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining stock levels.
• Support procurement data analysis and cost management reporting.
• Help resolve delivery issues and supplier-related concerns.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand purchasing needs.
