Job summary

CERTO SOLUTIONS SDN BHD in Puchong Jaya, Selangor is seeking a Junior Procurement Executive to build strong supplier relationships, source pricing and negotiate terms, and optimize product offerings to drive growth. You will issue purchase orders, track fulfilment, and collaborate with logistics and warehousing teams.

Fresh graduates welcome; Diploma or Bachelor in Business Admin, Marketing or related field.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Prefer Good Demand in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin speaking and writing is a MUST to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to multitask, prioritize, & manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to analyze problems & strategize for better solutions.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts from both local & oversea vendors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local & overseas suppliers.
• Customize and personalize gifts based on corporate branding requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand client preferences.
• Issue purchase orders, ensure timely production and track order fulfilment.
• Work with logistics and warehouse teams for stock management.
• Optimize procurement costs while maintaining product quality.
• Conduct quality checks on received products before delivery.
• Make professional decisions in fast-paced environment.
• Assist in other administrative work when required.
