Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads / Facebook Ads.
• Familiar with digital marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and other platforms.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and analyze metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM).
• Assist with audience and creative testing and budget adjustments for scaling.
• Update daily performance reports and coordinate with Creative/CRM/Performance teams.
