Howdy Master Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a diligent Operations & Customer Support Associate to handle daily activities and ensure smooth business operations. You will answer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels, process orders, maintain records and coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily operational activities and ensure smooth business operations.
• Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Provide customer support, handle complaints and follow up on customer requests.
• Process customer orders, prepare documents and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and operations.
• Monitor order status, delivery arrangements and operational schedules.
• Prepare daily reports, update databases and perform general administrative duties.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and improving work processes.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
