Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise software applications or IT help desk support (1-2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to users.
• Patient and professional demeanour with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line and second-line technical support for enterprise software applications and systems.
• Respond to user requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
