Job summary

Techmind Solution Plt in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Diploma or Bachelor's graduate to provide technical support for accounting software and related hardware. You will assist end-users via phone, email, or in person and train users on proper data entry and software usage.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; strong troubleshooting, excellent communication, and collaboration with IT teams are essential to maintain data integrity and secure systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Able to speak Mandarin and English
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience providing technical support for accounting software such as AutoCount, SQL, or Access; hardware experience is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiar with database management, networking, and security protocols
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Own transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to accounting software and hardware
• Provide support to end-users by phone, email, or in person
• Train end-users on the proper use of accounting software and resolve issues related to data entry and processing
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve software integration and network connectivity issues
• Update and maintain accounting software systems, ensuring data integrity and security
• Assist in the development and implementation of new accounting software applications and upgrades
