Job summary

Techmind Solution Plt in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a IT support professional to assist clients with accounting software and related hardware. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and bilingual abilities in Mandarin and English are preferred.

The role involves troubleshooting, end-user training, and collaborating with IT teams to ensure data integrity and secure systems. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT is expected, with own transport.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Ability to speak Mandarin and English.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience with accounting software (AutoCount) or SQL is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Familiar with database management, networking and security basics.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Own transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to accounting software and hardware.
• Provide support to end-users by phone, email, or in person.
• Train end-users on proper software use and data entry/processing.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve software integration and connectivity issues.
• Update and maintain accounting software systems with emphasis on data integrity and security.
• Assist in development and implementation of new accounting software and upgrades.
