Job summary

Techmind Solution Plt in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT support specialist to troubleshoot accounting software and hardware issues. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and sponsorship for training may be provided. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

The role requires Mandarin and English proficiency, basic knowledge of databases, networking and security, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Own transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Fluent Mandarin and English.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience with accounting software like AutoCount or SQL is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Familiar with database management, networking and security basics.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accounting software and hardware.
• Provide end-user support via phone, email, or in person.
• Train end-users on accounting software and data entry processing.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve software integration and network issues.
• Update and maintain accounting software systems ensuring data integrity and security.
• Assist in development and implementation of new accounting software applications and upgrades.
