Job summary

R Systems Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT PMO & Technology Operations Coordinator to support the Group Technology leadership team. This on‑site role targets early‑career IT professionals with 0–1 years in IT Operations or PMO.

You will coordinate IT asset management, assist in policy documentation, prepare agendas and dashboards, and track technology initiatives. Strong communication and multitasking are essential, with training provided to help you grow.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or a related discipline.
0–1 years in IT Operations, PMO, IT Governance, or tech coordination.
Basic understanding of IT processes, services, and technology operations.
Strong communication, analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Support Head of the CITO Office in day-to-day operational activities.
Coordinate IT asset management including hardware and software tracking.
Assist in maintaining asset management policies, procedures, and documentation.
Monitor and track key technology initiatives, process improvements, and action items across Group Technology.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of action items.
Produce management reports and presentation decks for leadership updates.
