Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science required or equivalent.
• 0–2 years IT/tech operations or PMO support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support operational activities for the CITO Office.
• Assist with asset management (hardware and software tracking, renewals, lifecycle).
• Maintain and develop asset management policies, procedures and documents.
• Track high-priority initiatives, projects and process improvements.
• Prepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes and stakeholder reports.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and follow up on actions.
• Prepare professional presentation decks for project updates and executive briefings.
