Job summary

PMG Healthcare Sdn. Bhd. invites a Junior IT Executive – Application and System to support business applications, monitor systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable IT services.

You will manage software installations, license compliance, and incident handling for POS systems, with emphasis on problem-solving, security awareness, and clear communication across users and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical discipline.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic knowledge on security and integrity of system and product solutions.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Knowledge of WordPress, MS SQL, MySQL, PHP, JSON, JavaScript, Ruby, Python and other OO languages is an advantage.
• Able to handle application support incidents, impact analysis, troubleshooting, root cause identification and follow-up until resolution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Application Management to ensure smooth functioning of business applications.

Junior IT Executive – Application and System

Assist in Application Management to ensure the smooth functioning of business applications by performing regular updates, troubleshooting issues, and providing user support.

Assist in System Monitoring by monitoring system performance and security, identifying and resolving potential issues to maintain optimal system health.

Assist in collaboration, to work closely with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

Assist in managing the POS system, incident support, and provide support for software and end users to ensure excellent IT services.

Manage the installation and upgrading of software applications, ensuring that licenses for programs like antivirus and office suites are current to comply with legal and regulatory requirements

Documents and reports preparation for available systems

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related scientific or technical discipline.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic knowledge on security and integrity of system and product solutions.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• knowledgeable about WordPress, Microsoft SQL, MySQL, PHP, Json, Java Script, Ruby, Python, and other Object-Oriented Programming Languages will be advantages.
• Able to handles application support incidents, Impact Analysis, performs trouble shooting, identifies root cause and follows up on problem resolution until completion.
