Job summary

WCT Holdings in Malaysia is seeking an IT Infrastructure/Support professional to implement and maintain network infrastructure and IT projects. You will install and troubleshoot hardware, software, servers, and peripherals while providing timely end-user support on hardware, software, networks, and applications.

Responsibilities include backing up data, maintaining LAN/WAN, VPNs, and coordinating with vendors on system issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years in IT infrastructure or system support; fresh grads with internship are encouraged.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, network administration, backup solutions and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with virtualization, firewall, switches, routers and application support is an added advantage.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the IT Manager or Management from time to time.

• Troubleshoot application system issues and coordinate with vendors or developers when necessary.

Requirements
