Job summary

UKURANCANG PERUNDING SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking an IT support professional to assist in infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations and new technology implementations.

You will prepare technical docs, user guides and SOPs, and ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards. The role includes IT asset inventory and documenting licenses and configurations, with duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in IT asset inventory and documentation is advantageous.
