Job description

IT Hardware & Software Installation and Troubleshooting:

Perform hands-on installation and maintenance of IT hardware and software.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating to vendors when necessary.

Technical Support:

Provide 1st-level support for software, hardware, and network-related issues.

Ensure timely resolution and maintain service standards in a professional manner.

Support daily operations, including end-user PC, software, hardware, email, and network infrastructure.

Application Team Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the application team to manage and develop solutions in Power Apps and SharePoint.

Participate in and deliver ad hoc projects as required.

IT Asset Management:

Administer IT assets and perform audits to track and report on asset movement.

Install, troubleshoot, and manage various Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Ad Hoc Tasks:

Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
