Job summary

Finsmart Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an entry-level IT Support Specialist to provide first-line technical assistance to staff.

You will handle hardware and software issues, assist with Windows and macOS, Office apps, and basic network tasks, and escalate complex problems to the IT team.

This role supports day-to-day IT operations and asset management activities such as equipment registration, distribution, tracking, and collection.

Qualifications

Job description

Provide first-level IT technical support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, account, and access/permission issues.

Assist employees with computer hardware and software-related issues, including Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and other common applications.

Assist with IT asset management, including equipment registration, distribution, tracking, and collection.

Assist with basic network and system troubleshooting and **escalate** more complex issues to the relevant IT team when necessary.

Support day-to-day IT operations and other IT-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, Windows/macOS, and Microsoft Office.

Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
