Job summary

Brooks Automation Malaysia SDN. BHD. seeks an Engineering Change Analyst for fresh graduates to drive ECO/MCO governance and cross-functional coordination.

You will monitor lifecycle from initiation to release, validate impacts, and ensure compliance with PLM/MRP systems at the Malaysia site. The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering, quality, production, and supply chain, along with documentation control and continuous improvement in change management processes.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology is preferred.
• Degrees in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines with analytical aptitude are encouraged.
• Internship experience, university projects, or academic exposure related to manufacturing operations, product data management, or documentation control is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of PLM, engineering change processes, and manufacturing operations is required.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis is expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ECO/MCO lifecycle from initiation, review, approval routing, and release.
• Owns and manages operations execution of released ECO/MCO relevant to Malaysia site.
• Perform structured impact analysis across engineering, production, supply chain, quality, inventory, systems integration, and cost.
• Validate ECO/MCO to minimize impacts on cost, quality, schedule, and operational disruption.
• Verify completeness and correctness of change documentation prior to release.
• Lead Engineering Change Review Board (ECRB) activities and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ensure readiness and compliance with PLM/MRP systems and improve EC workflow efficiency.
