Job summary

Agilent Technologies in Penang, Malaysia seeks an Engineering Data Management professional to develop and maintain ECO processes and coordinate changes across ERP systems. You will structure BOMs for NPI and release/maintain documents, supporting parts setup and release.

The role also entails leading PDP projects and driving PDM improvements for ISO9K/ISO13485 compliance. Collaborating with Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing and Product Support, you will act as an internal consultant on

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
1–3 years of engineering data management experience.
Experience in engineering change management in a complex manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of product design and BOM structures.
Proficiency with PLM/ERP systems (SAP ECC) and Agile familiarity.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the ECO process and coordinate changes.
Interface with Production and Procurement to ensure data integrity across ERP systems.
Structure and setup BOMs for NPI and release/maintenance of documents.
Lead PDP projects and monitor manufacturing deliverables.
Drive PDM improvements for ISO9K/ISO13485 compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement to KPIs.
