Job summary

Jabil Circuit Sdn Bhd in Malaysia (Penang) seeks an Engineering Change Coordinator to manage ECNs, BOMs, and related customer data. The role involves updating systems (SAP/MES), coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely ECN implementation and audit readiness.

The successful candidate will support new product introductions, process improvements, and Lean initiatives, maintaining accurate documentation and strong customer communication throughout the change cycle.

Responsibilities

• Receive and interpret product-related information from customer.
• Responsible for analysis and execution of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
• Supports new product introduction, process improvements, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement activities (LEAN Kaizen).
• Drives and/or performs change updates in customer systems to support ECN implementation.
• Coordinate meetings to review ECN movement and establish readiness for ECN implementation.
