Job summary

Brooks Automation Malaysia SDN. BHD. is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead process design and product realization. This role involves ensuring manufacturing launch readiness, compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing technical support to production.

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and strong skills in process documentation and root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with fixtures and tooling, measurement systems.
• Demonstrated proficiency in process documentation and validation methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process & Line Design, Documentation, and Control.
• Ensure disciplined change and revision control.
• Act as main liaison for NPI transitions and ensure manufacturing launch readiness.
• Provide daily technical support to production.
• Coordinate design/procurement of jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
• Ensure full compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain controlled documentation in PLM/MRP systems.
• Identify and lead CI initiatives to improve workflow and equipment utilization.
